Vaccine Information for Adults & Children

COVID-19 vaccines are available for everyone 6 months and older. See the MCHD page for more detailed information. MontereyCountyVaccines.com has all of the testing sites, vaccine locations, and resources for the community. Go to Myturn.ca.gov for an appointment or contact your pediatrician if your child is under 5. Have you gotten yours?

Can I still get COVID-19 after I’m vaccinated?

It is still possible to get COVID-19 after vaccination. However, mortality rates are lower and symptoms are often milder for those who are vaccinated. COVID-19 boosters are also available to keep you as protected as possible.

To make an appointment for a COVID-19 vaccine or booster, go to Myturn.ca.gov or Montereycountyvaccines.com which has all of the sites that have testing and/or vaccines and resources for the community.
